Horne {Family} | Poteau and Ft Smith Family Photographer

Doug and Courtney have such a gorgeous family! After I did Cordsen’s newborn session, found here, it only seemed like a few weeks had passed when they called me for family pictures. However, Mr. Cordsen is SIX MONTHS old at this session! Time flies so quickly.

32These kids are a great group. They are amazing to work with, and they have the sweetest personalities.

Beau {First Birthday} | Poteau, Fort Smith Children Photographer

I think 1st birthday sessions may be my favorite sessions. Pretty sure I say that about each session but today..this is my story! Beau’s mom invited me into their home to photograph his 1st birthday/cake smash. I have had the pleasure of working with their family for years. You might remember seeing his little sister, Tenlee, on my blog. Her newborn session was one of my very first.

Last time I saw Beau, he was 3 months old..so it was great to get to visit with him again!

2It took a little bit for him to warm up to me, but with big sister’s help he got comfortable!

4Tiffany did a great job picking Beau’s outfits! His dad is an avid hunter, so you know it has to be camo all the way. 😉

78We took a picture similar to this one at Tenlee’s first birthday session, so Billy and Tiffany wanted to try and recreate it with Beau. I just love when dad’s want to be involved!

Allen Family | Poteau, Oklahoma Family Photography

This family with two rowdy, fun boys came to me for family pictures.2Reed started out the day by telling me, “Look. I’m pretty good at taking pictures.” He’s such a funny kid. These boys were tons of fun to work with!

35This is the first time I opened up this location to clients. It is such a special place to me, the road where my parents live..where I grew up..so I have kept it guarded for so long. But I thought about where I wanted to do these sessions and this was just the perfect place.

13Thank you so much Rachelle! I look forward to photographing your family for years to come!

Mr. Cordsen {Newborn} | Poteau Fort Smith Area Newborn Photographer

Welcome to the world Cordsen! You are a lucky little guy to be surrounded by a brother and sisters who love you so much!2This kid right here….he’s precious. I was so happy that Courtney had me come into their home to capture these. Cordsen was a dream to work with. He loved being bundled up all nice and cozy.

Cambri was a great helper as well! She gave me the grand tour of the place and helped me gather my things when it was time to go. She was so attentive of Cord. We just had to get a shot of the two together..even if Cord wasn’t so sure about it!

13The minute I stepped into Courtney and Doug’s room and saw this AMAZING sign the she had painted at Cross My ART in Ft. Smith, I knew what I wanted to do. So I piled all of the kiddos on the bed and ended up with this. LOVE!

12A few more because he is such a sweet baby..Tha
